Kelly Robson is the Chief Social Services Officer at HELP of Southern Nevada where she oversees all of the social service programs including Emergency Resource Services, Homeless Services, Shannon West Homeless Youth Center, Behavioral Health Services, Coordinated Entry Community Matching and Crisis teams. These programs consist of over 1,500 clients. Kelly is responsible for a budget of over 17 million dollars and a staff of over 100 employees. Kelly has 25 years of experience in the Social Service field and is instrumental in attaining the Federal Benchmarks of reaching functional zero for all homeless populations. Kelly’s experience and knowledge has made HELP recognizable as the largest Permanent Supportive Housing provider in Southern Nevada practicing true Housing First and Harm Reduction.
