Research Coordinator
Youth Action Hub
Natalie Garcia is a Research Coordinator for the Youth Action Hub at the Institute for Community Research. She received her BS in Psychology from The University of Connecticut. Her background in Participatory Action Research and her lived experience with homelessness allows her to bridge the gap between homeless service providers and homeless youth. Along with her team at Youth Action Hub, she has collaborated with Connecticut statewide partners to improve young people's access to information and services. She is currently coordinating a research evaluation of a rapid rehousing program for youth and young adults, focusing on identifying program and service components associated with long term positive outcomes.
